I am a bilingual Latina that appreciates cultural traditions and their connection to communities. I understand the stigma that mental health means to many families and respect and honor peoples emotional journeys. I seek to provide a safe and empowering space for individuals, families and communities to heal intergenerational and historical trauma.

Entiendo el estigma que la salud mental significa para muchas familias y respeto las trayectorias emocionales. I work with the "inner child" experience to heal emotional wounds that took place in your childhood experience. I offer a safe space to rediscover your inner voice through art activities and mindful experiences. REconnecting with our bodies can be healing.
Trabajo con la "experiencia del nino (a) interior" para sanar heridas emocionales que pasaron en su ninez. Ofrezco un espacio para descubrir su voz interior usando el arte para expresion y conectarse con sus emociones.

In couples therapy, wether it be before/during
marriage or living together I offer a safe space to build a foundation of friendship and continue to learn about each other's love language. I assign homebased activities centered around that weeks's session to maintaining accountability and creating a ritual of communication.
